Dynamic Yoga Barre Training
Barre training combines the graceful and scuplting movements of ballet, conditioning in a dynamic yoga practice, and toning of the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body in Pliates.
We will effectively flow through each muscles group, creating endurance and stamina through strength training and increased flexibility through stretching.
I use a recommended sequenced moves that will get the body fit and toned without the bulk.
Boot Camp Training
Boot Camp is an outdoor personal training that mixes traditional calisthetic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.
I focus on fat loss, cardio-conditioning, muscle-conditioning, and flexibility. I strive to make my clients' sessions as individualized as possible, as well as effective and lots of fun!!
This training will allow you to experience the healing power of yoga through breath, slow movement, postures, and relaxation.
A basic yoga session includes opening poses, standing poses, salutations, shoulder and hip openers, back and forward bends, twists, inversions, arm balances and stretching.
Any particular poses or arm balances you are working on can be focused on as well. All sessions instruct body awareness, proper body alignment, and balanced living.
